In this option you are attaching a raw text file (usually a word file or notepad file) that has the names and addresses in one column with a space between the full address. We will NOT go to PACER and download the master mailing matrix. Only the names and addresses in your text document will be used. Format must be exactly as indicated in the sample text file at right (click icon).

The output scale will not affect your costs for printing except as to postage. More pages may result in more postal fees. We print front and back on each piece of paper to cut down on waste and preserve paper.

Selecting yes will mean we print the proof of mailing/certificate of service and send it to all the entities listed on the matrix. Some local rules require it. Adding the certificate will increase your printing costs and may increase your postage costs.
You MUST title the file that you upload. The title of the document will be the text that appears on your certificate. For example: You are uploading a motion to modify a Chapter 13 plan. When you upload the Chapter 13 plan pdf file, you will want to title it "Modified Chapter 13 Plan." This way, that text will appear on your certificate so the Court will know that you actually served a modified Chapter 13 plan. If you don't title your documents, the certificate will reflect that you did not serve anything.

4. Addresses you don't want us to mail to
Is your Judge tired of getting mail from you? How about the clerk of the Court? We can eliminate these from the matrix, but you have to give us the COMPLETE address in order for us to strike it from the matrix. If you don't give us the complete address, we will not remove it from the list and your unintended recipient will still get the documents.
