Then it is time for you to reregister. In August of 2007, COS.com underwent a radical change as we geard COS.com to handle the wealth of jobs that were pouring in. It required a complete revamp of the assembly line, if you will, and now only jobs that are submitted through the website are processed. No more direct email jobs are permitted as they cannot be processed in a timely manner.

If you were a previous user of cos.com before August of 2007, you need to reregister on the website as a new user. In addition, all future jobs that you submit will have to be through the website.

We hope you will find this to a much more efficient process.
