The debtor attorney's source for direct mail marketing.

Pricing:
Pricing comes in two forms. The first cost is the actual pull of the leads. There are two different types of leads. We can pull the address for you and provide you with a word document with labels. The second type of lists is a CSV file with more data than you can shake a stick at. This information includes the trustee who is handling the sale, the auction amount, the date of the auction, amount of last sale of the home, date of last sale of the home, etc.
Lead Pricing:
1-99 Leads = $1.69 per lead
100-199 Leads = $1.49 per lead
200-299 Leads = $1.29 per lead
> 300 = .99 per lead
Not all markets will have large numbers of leads. For example, some counties in New Mexico might only generate 80 leads per month due to the low population density. If you opt to purchase the entire market segment, you will be billed at $1.29 per lead up to 232 leads (approx $300.00) then at 99 cents per lead thereafter.
Confused? No problem. You can call or email us and we'll get you an idea of what package will work best for you.

Mail Your Leads:
You can create your own drip campaign by telling us to mail the first letter to your leads. If you want to create different letters for different timelines, you can upload to us manually each time you want to send a letter to a certain mailing list. For instance, perhaps your first letter is a general introduction, the second letter is a more insistent letter, while the third states that time is running out and you can't help the debtor if they don't help themselves. What you write if up to you. You need only upload the letter to our offices and tell us which set of leads you want us to mail the letters to.
Obtain your leads
Option #1: You schedule it!
From the first time you order a list of leads, you determine how often you want us to mail to the potential clients. You tell us the frequency and we will schedule the mailing to repeat on certain days. We do everything for you. The same letter you upload is the only letter that goes out to the list on your preset intervals.
Option #2: We schedule it!
Sample Cost Problem:
Bankruptcy attorney orders all of the leads for a one week period for King County, Washington. There happens to be 318 leads for that week.

318 x .99 per lead = $314.82

The same attorney asks us to mail out his one sided letter to all the people on the list.

318 letters x .10 per letter = $31.18

Total cost for the one time mailing campaign = $346.00*.

Consider the same mailing goes out for three weeks. The total cost for the mailing campaign is $408.36*.

*does not include postage.
The Advantage to our pricing schedule
We broke the cost schedule out into two sections for a reason. We think you should buy the leads only once. However, you should be able to mail to them as much as you want. We found that mailing a letter once per week for four weeks was the best result on ROI.

We wanted to be able to let you make the decision about how often you want to mail. If you have a list you want to mail to on a weekly basis, you can upload the letter to us on a weekly basis. It is up to you. Perhaps you only want to send one letter (not recommended).

We want you to be able to send as much or as little as possible. Incidentally, we recommend a minimum of two and not more than four. After the fourth mailing, the ROI begins to drop dramatically.

Printing and Mailing Pricing:
Bad Addresses:
Often times, debtors will have already left the home by the time the foreclosure process begins. In order to offset this, we always include a Forwarding Address Requested provision in our mailers, however, undoubtedly, some of the mailers you send out are going to come back to your office. We have no way of knowing if the debtor is still in the residence or not. We pull our leads when the bank initiates the foreclosure process.

You are going to receive some of your letters back in the mail. This is unfortunately, just part of the cost of business.
Bad Addresses:
Building a better mailer:
The average direct mail piece nets a 2% return on investment. We think you can do better. Here is why. You are mailing to a niche group of people who desperately need your help. Anyone who can toss them a lifeline will be listened to. Your mail piece has to communicate this.

Do not be discouraged if at first you don't succeed. Try and Try again. Over time, you will develop the direct mail piece that works best for you. It took us a number of tries to get it just right.
