How it Works:
1
Register
Fill out the registration form to get your information on file with our office. It takes less than 5 minutes and speeds the ordering process when you are ready to obtain your direct mail foreclosure leads.
2
Order the foreclosure leads
From our order form, select the County or Counties you wish to pull foreclosure leads from. We recommend you choose a date range so as to not get too stale a lead. Everything in direct mail marketing, especially for foreclosures, is based upon recency. We advise you to place your order and then let us check to see how recent the leads are for your area. You don't want to buy leads that are two weeks old. If you place an order on Thursday, we suggest you let us wait until the new foreclosure filings are done so that we can send your letter to the most recent listings. We want to time your letter so it goes out as the new listings come out.
3
Choose how many leads you want
The number of leads is dependant upon the number of filings. If you live in the greater Los Angeles area, we might be able to find 500 new foreclosure filings for you. If you want to order all 500, more power to you. However, if you want to cap your order at say, 250, this is where you will tell us how many leads you want.
4
Upload your letter for mailing to us
Attach the letter you want us to mail to your foreclosure leads. You draft the language, you create the look. For some examples of letters we have used in the past, feel free to look at the samples page. Upload your pdf letter and we will print and stuff this letter to all of the names on your foreclosure lead mailing list.
5
Choose your delivery options
Recurrent mailings seem to have the best impact and return on your investment. You can choose to mail the letter once, twice, three or four times. Usually, but the fourth time, your letter is engrained in their memory and they could be picking up the phone to call you. It is up to you. You only pay for the list once. You pay for the printing and the stuffing each time you mail to that list.

I'm a big fan of marketing my firm, as we all should be. The nicest thing about the Yellow Pages is that I only have to be involved once per year. The rep comes in, I look at the new contract, and sign the papers. I don't have to be involved. I also find the Yellow Pages frustrating because I pay to have my ad look just like everyone elses in the Bankruptcy Section.

Any other time I do advertising, I have to be involved. That takes time out of my day when I should be billing at my hourly rate. I don't want to be that involved. I want control of the advertising without a lot of daily involvement.

Now, I just have to create my letter, which I can change whenever I want, if I want. I also don't have to change it if I don't to. Having the choice is nice.

I place my order on a weekly or monthly basis, whenever, I like, and up pops a new batch of people who are out there looking for answers. I'm advertising to the custom ready made market that is perfect for my office.

I don't have to slog through the foreclosure records, I don't have to input the data into a printable record, I don't have to print and stuff the envelopes, I don't have to go to the post office. All I need to do is click some buttons and my marketing is done for me.

Nothing could be easier. That is the kind of control I like to have in my bankrutpcy marketing plans.
