Helpful Hint:
Do not make your letter longer than front and back of a sheet. The reader will only read so much. Our advice is to send the letter and display a prominent website for your potential client to go to. Pack it with lots of free information. Your letter should be a teaser to entice them to come see you. Not a lecture on foreclosure law.
